We are changing the way we process your prescriptions, from 29 April, you will no longer be able to submit your repeat prescription request by email, we are doing this to streamline the process and ensure that all the correct information is submitted.  The easiest way to request your repeat prescriptions is via the NHS app but if you do not wish to do this and are not registered for online services, you will be able to submit your repeat prescription requests via an online form you can find on our website.  We will still accept your requests until 28th April but after this date, you will be asked to use the online form on our website if you are still requesting your repeat prescription by mail.  We are unable to take prescription requests over the phone unless in exceptional circumstances or following prior agreement with your regular GP. Please remember to allow 72 hours (or 3 working days) for your prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
