Alert: PRACTICE CLOSURE - 8 OCTOBER 2024 FROM 1:30PM

Bridgewater Surgeries will be closed for important staff training on 8 October 2024 from 1.30pm-5.30pm, the practice will reopen again at 5:30pm and will be providing services as usual from 8am on 9 October 2024, our Anima triage system will close at 1pm to enable our Dr's to safely triage any submissions received before we close, this will reopen at 5:30pm:

• Our local healthcare provider, Herts Urgent Care, will provide assistance to any patients who have an urgent medical problem while the practice
is closed. Please call 111.
• For common conditions, patients may contact their local community pharmacy.
• If you have a medical emergency whilst we are closed, please call 999.
• Please call back when the practice reopens for any routine enquiries.

We apologise for any inconvenience experienced.
